Kreatiewe Klomp sells and resells locally handmade creative products, offers various services, and maintains a blog.
Shipping Policy of Products
Our delivery times are estimated, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur after the order/parcel has been dispatched from us. In case of parcel rerouting and/or loss, Kreatiewe Klomp is not liable to replace the goods lost in transit.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. Requests will be processed based on the following:
- Paxi: 10 business days
- Pudo: 3 - 5 business days
- Collection from Strand: 2 - 4 business days
- The Courier Guy - Major Centres: 3 - 5 business days
- The Courier Guy - Outlying Areas: 4 - 7 business days
Take note of shipping details on each item. If an item is not in stock, estimated delivery can be up to 10 business days.

Courier transit times can vary in case of protests, major accidents, and/or vehicle breakdowns. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery. Orders placed after 11 am are processed the following day.
Return and Refunds Policy
A faulty item must be returned at the shipping/courier cost of the customer. If the item is faulty and needs to be replaced, we will ship/courier the replacement item back to the customer at no cost. If we find no fault with the item, return shipping costs become the customer's responsibility. Refunds must be placed within 7 days of the original purchase of the item.

Card Acquiring and Security
Card transactions will be acquired for Kreatiewe Klomp via PayFast in South Africa, a leading payment supplier. The PayFast Instant EFT solution integrates with all major banks in South Africa. It allows online shoppers to make Electronic Fund Transfers that get instantly verified.
Customer details will be stored by Kreatiewe Klomp separately from card details entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more details on PayFast, refer to www.payfast.co.za.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and Kreatiewe Klomp chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
